Comment :
If you have Dr. B, this class is really enjoyable. A little hard if you have no background in science but informative and fun. I recommend it for the science credit for arts student and no textbook required!

took the distance ed version, wish i had done it in class though because it was hard to tell what they were looking for in the exam, but it is overall pretty easy to get a good mark and is a good general nutrition course

Did the student enjoy the professor? Yes

Professor : J. Haines

Comment :
Definitely an easy course to get your natural math and science credits out of the way. As long as you go to the lectures and actually study for the midterms it is a fairly easy class. A lot of what you learn is common sense type of stuff but I found that Prof. Haines makes it fairly interesting. She's definitely approachable and really easy to talk to!

Like any course, keep up with it! It's fair and "easy" to get 80+ in this course if you do all the assignments and quizzes.

Really interesting course! If you are into nutrition at all you will enjoy it. There are two midterms and a final, none are cumulative.
