This course has lots of material, but the level of difficulty is not that high. A lot of these comments say that the course is very hard but if you are in second year sciences, you should be able to handle this course or you might not be cut out for university.

Comment :
Dr. Mullen is an amazing professor and he does not lie when he says his midterms are directly taken from the lecture slides he provides. Dr. Marthur is also a fairly good professor, he makes his lectures more interesting considering the dry material he must present. Overall, not a bad course at all.

I suprisingly really like this course! I found it very interesting and it was my highest mark the semester I took it. Make sure to review your notes as in any other class. It wasn't terribly hard, I'm certain everyone can do well if they put some effort into it.

I surprisingly really enjoyed this one. Don't agree with the above statements. Basically everything you need to know is from lecture. No assignments, no labs, just lecture. Get the textbook even though its not required... it will help you actually understand the concepts. Looking into further cell biology courses in the future thanks to this class! An easy A if you put the time into it, that's for sure.

If your looking to get into OVC and need a cell bio course work hard at this one because the other ones are harder. With that said this course is terribly difficult. Keep up with the notes on a DAILY basis.
